illegal-immigrant hiring law upheld

We are always hearing that illegal immigrants are the main source of problems in the United State, well on Tuesday A federal judge granted a law that prohibits businesses from knowingly hiring illegal immigrants and if the business break the law their business license will be revoked.  Neil Wake, a US district Judge dismissed a lawsuit which was filed by businesses. They argue that federal immigration law severely restricts Arizona's ability to punish people who knowingly employ illegal immigrants." this law won approval last year, this law has cough the attention of many cities and they have adopt similar laws, but however in some cities the laws were rejected.  Wake stated that there is no problem with the law and it gives sufficient due-process protections to businesses. If businesses break the law the first time, their license will be suspension for ten days. second time their license will be permanently revoked. According to Wake "The law is intended to weaken the economic incentive for immigrants to sneak across the border"

To me this is a never ending subject and their is so many different points of views. When it comes to illegal immigrants  no one can uneasily say that they know how to deal with the problem, even the government don't have a answer to this problem. when you think about it is their even a problem that need to be dealt with? when u ask me , i think that without immigrants the united Stated wont be what it is today. When immigrants come to the United State they appreciate the opportunity that is being given to them and is willing to take job that most Americans would never dream of taking. So why punish them for a job well done?
